Yes, this keyboard/mouse combo can be used with Linux & Mac.

This worked with my Macbook Pro. You will need to run Keyboard Wizard for full functionality, though you may not be able to use some of the same shortcuts as with the Mac keyboard. It will work as soon you plug it in, even without the wizard.

Works with mini mac not sure about linux
