typical issue with gloss paper for photos black requires vast amounts of ink . also possible that paper may not be proper for this printer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can't get ink jet prints wet like C-41 prints. However, a higher quality paper can offer some protection from smudging from simple touching. This printer is a basic printer and not one made for photo quality prints. A basic printer may not use what are called archival inks like a photo quality printer will use. You may need a better printer if you want to continue printing photos yourself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, make sure you are using the correct print settings so the printer knows you are printing to glossy paper and won't use certain ink. If you are still having issues, let it dry then spray the photo with some hair spray and let it dry again. I hope this helps!
