“My question is when I'm on the road I have a need to scan and send invoices and Bill of ladings which is not often so how do I keep ink fresh since this will be done inside the truck”

• Keeping the temperature inside the truck moderated is the only way to extend ink longevity. If you are printing irregularly, make an effort to print at least once per week. Also, look into using the HP Smart app for scanning and sending your documentation.

• I would make sure to move it out of the truck daily as well as keep it out of direct sunlight
