Q: QuestionMy question is when I'm on the road I have a need to scan and send invoices and Bill of ladings which is not often so how do I keep ink fresh since this will be done inside the truck

• A:Answer Keeping the temperature inside the truck moderated is the only way to extend ink longevity. If you are printing irregularly, make an effort to print at least once per week. Also, look into using the HP Smart app for scanning and sending your documentation.

Q: QuestionWill my iPhone and iPad be able to print if I turn on my hotspot to access the internet first? Will printer bluetooth recognize and print from any device (home computer is HP Envy) as long as they are connected to the internet using my hotspot?

• A:Answer This printer, like nearly all printers nowadays, does not have bluetooth. It does have WiFi capabilities and would work with your hotspot. Alternatively the printer has the ability to broadcast its own WiFi network used exclusively for printing.

• A:Answer during the print prompt, it will have several options. Ex: paper size, destination (you can even save a pdf if this is not a page you'd like to print). Then there's an option to pick page selection, say you just want page 2. After everything else you'll finally see color, click the drop down and pucl your choice.
