• A:Answer No. I am a nurse & thinking back on school, I printed tons of stuff out, lessons/notes, etc. This printer is super slow, takes forever for a page, doesn't do both sides. If I were still in school & had things I needed to print regularly, I would spend slightly more on a better printer. Only reason to get this printer is if you don't print much and if you do you only print very basic text docs. Good luck in nursing school!

• A:Answer No, you cannot use bottle ink with this printer. We recommend using HP genuine ink for compatibility and consistent quality. HP did just launch two Smart Tank printers. They are are the Smart Tank 551 and 651 models. They are available on Best Buy's website.
