- Answer Buy new ink thru HP's ink program or buy ink at the store. Front of printer opens, ink tray slides to the middle, install new ink after aligning the cartridge and hearing a click.

- Answer With the paper tray extended it is about 10inches deep but needs about 12 inches height clearance so that the paper can be loaded in the tray

- Answer Yes it should work fine. I printed a couple of cards with it. just don't overload the paper slot. a few at a time works fine

- Answer No you don’t “need” a wireless but why wouldn’t you by the latest technology. If you buy a new printer and have a smart phone I would definitely recommend going with an Eprinter.

- Answer I'm not overly familiar with Chromebook, but I know what it is. If it has a USB port, you can connect the printer with a USB cable. The printer has a port and comes with a USB connector.

- Answer Correct, as long as you know the network password. They would also be able to print to the printer as well.

QuestionI just got this it keeps giving error messages when I go to print from my lap top directly plugged in via USB. Started to print a document then stop half way. I updated the printer firmware and downloaded the app and drivers. I did the same with our PC.

- Answer I did initially experiences the same. I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled. I am using two HP computers with my printers. I also used HP troubleshooting options to accomplish this task. The first few times the troubleshooting options did not work. I was rushing. I unplugged everything for 1 minute and started again. After leaving everything alone for 30 minutes there were no more error messages. This was about 9 months ago and I print a minimum of 100 pages per month.
