QuestionI printed an assignment which is downloaded in color but it is printing in grayscale. I found the section where it listed grayscale but I couldn't find the option to change to Color. I tried the color button on the printer, what do I need to do?

- Answer It has happened to me one time, and I found out that because the black ink is short, and it was printing in colors. But I must reset print on my iPhone and I pad to be printed.

- Answer I bought $5.00 ink program at BestBuy and tried to buy Ink program with HP. It is reasonable price. I think it is less expensive if I bought my ink cartage only, because this one is $15. each box. There are several different programs to sign up depend on your needs. .99c and up.
