“It says there are 4 ports for 3.01 USBs but where are they? I know there are 2 on the back which are easy to find (as they are blue) but where are the other 2 located? There are 4 USB ports on the front but they are all the same color.”

There are 4-USB 3.1 ports on the front. You can tell by the SS USB logo on top of the USB ports on the front. And 4-USB 2.0 ports on the back.
