- Answer A new connection always takes longer to be recognized by the PC than one that has been connected at an earlier time. Allow at least one full minute. You should be prompted what you want to do with this drive. Select the appropriate choice. If this doesn't work, try other USB ports and wait again each time.

- Answer Too little information. Did you use a standard disc, or one you made? Did you put it in label up or down? Did you wait long enough for the unit to recognize the media? When prompted what you wanted to do in this situation by the PC, how did you respond? I could go on, but this should start you on your way to enlightenment.

- Answer No, it doesn't come with a monitor, come with (wire keyboard + mouse). But my past research for best monitor for the HP. I read this "With a 1 ms response time and a 144 Hz refresh rate, the ZOWIE XL2411P 24" 16:9 LCD e-Sports Monitor from BenQ I thought that was way too pricey so, I looked for something with equal or similar stats and during good Friday I purchased the ASUS - 23.8" IPS LCD FHD FreeSync Gaming Monitor (DisplayPort, DVI, HDMI) - Black Model:VG249QSKU:6395359 got it on sale and I gotta say I definitely do not regret it. QuestionI just got this desktop and whenever it is turned off it makes like a quiet buzzing or static noise that isn't very loud and can only be heard when you put your ear to it. The noise seems to be coming from the psu any help would be great.

- Answer If you are turning it off using the correct procedure (click on the Windows logo in the lower left corner of the Taskbar, click Power, then click Shut Down), and you hear noise, try unplugging it immediately. If the noise goes away, then it is coming from the fan, and is a safety feature to make sure the CPU does not overheat. At this point, you may have have caused some minor injury to the CPU. Plug it in and ignore the sound in the future. Or keep unplugging the machine and enjoy the silence, as well as the accelerated damage to the CPU.
