Hi John. Yes, you can upgrade the graphics card. Using an Nvidia GeForce 1030 you don't need to upgrade the power supply unit. Using a card like the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 You would need a larger power supply unit like the 310w. This Desktop PC has the L08660-800 - 180W power supply installed. This chassis can also use the L64961-800 - 310W power supply, and the connectors should be the same. I hope this helps you. You would still need to find a graphics card that would work with the 310w power supply. The laptop has 2 available PCI slots - Expansion slots 1 PCIe x1; 1 PCIe x16.
