“I was told by the rep in the store that this had a DVD ROM drive. Went to use it today and.... SURPRISE!!!!! no dang drive. REALLY??? Can a drive be installed?”

I was told THE EXACT SAME THING by the Best Buy employee that help me make the purchase! I am so mad there is probably smoke coming out of my ears. This is deceitful, harmful, and basically stealing from customers because I would NOT have purchased this if I had been told the truth that the CD Rom drive slot was just a fake out and it didn't really do anything!
