“I have a SATA 256 SSHD card with Windows 10 professional and all my apps installed. What I want to do is plug my SSHD card into a SATA port and boot that. I also have other HD's. Will this tower handle that?”

yes it has 4 sata ports i put in my two old hdd in mine comes with 2 sets of hard drive cables
