Does this have a sound card? Can I hook up speakers? null

Yes, the unit has built in sound. A sound "chip" (Synaptics) like most motherboards. See picture I included. As far as stereo speakers go, I plug them into the standard headphone jack of the computer. The PC also has a standard PC speaker built onto the motherboard.
