QuestionRefurbished LaptopsI was looking into investing in a new laptop. I have found a pretty good deal on a refurbished laptop, but I am not really fully aware of the possible risks of a refurbished computer. I was wondering if I could possibly see the damage that was caused in order to consider this laptop "refurbished." - Answer I bought one of these a month or two ago. I can't tell you what the damage was with mine, but I have been really happy with it and I haven't had any glitches. I honesty can't remember the details, but I would advise you to take a look at the warranty and return policy if you haven't already done so! Good luck!

QuestionUpgradable to Touch Screen, BlueTooth, Battery, Backlit ON/OFF & Recovery DiskI am aware that this particular laptop is not a TouchScreen model. Can the screen be upgraded to Touchscreen instead of the Regular screen ? This model does not come with a Bluetooth but Can we have the integrated Bluetooth 4.0 along with Wireless a/b/g/n ? Can this laptop be used with Lithium-polymer battery ? Does this laptop have an option to turn ON and turn OFF the backlit display of the keyboard ? Does this laptop come with a Recovery Disk ? If not, how much would it cost to order one from the HP website ?

- Answer This HP PC has only been tested ans supports only a 6-cell 62WHr 2.8 Ah lithium-ion battery, does not have Bluetooth connectivity standard but you may be able to purchase an USB Bluetooth adapter, the backlit keyboard can be turned on and off. Hewlett-Packard does not ship recovery discs or operating system discs with HP notebook or desktop PCs. However, all current Hewlett-Packard desktop and notebook PCs will include a recovery partition on the hard drive that will allow for one copy of recovery media to be made. You can also contact the HP Technical Support department at 1-800-474-6836 to order recovery media. You will also talk to HP Technical Support about upgrading the display.
