QuestionI just purchased this and will be taking it into have the RAM and storage upgraded. What brand/specs does the ram and Hard drive need to have for this? The store closest to me already told me before ordering that the parts would need to be ordered for it.

- Answer Hi. Memory should be in matched pairs. Here are the currently installed memory specs: 16 GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB) - RAM can be upgraded to 32GB . Here is the installed storage specs: 512 GB Intel® PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD (drive and 32GB Optane combo) There are 1TB and 2TB options available to replace the existing storage.

- Answer Yes the ram is upgradeable to 32GB by an authorized service provider. You can also have the SSD removed and swap it out for a module with more storage.

- Answer Thank you for your question! Yes you can pair your Xbox Series X controller. The controller uses Bluetooth so follow the same process are you would when you pair any other Bluetooth device to it!

QuestionHow many m.2 and 2.5" ssd slots are there? As a content creator focused device I hope there is more than 1 m.2 ssd slot. Editing 4k video would fill up even a 2tb drive quickly so I am wondering what and how many storage interfaces this laptop has.

- Answer There are two M.2 slots. See picture. My research did not find any 2.5" drive bays.

Questiondoes it have a slot for a regular SD card or it is just microSD card?
