Hi Donna, I bought the same laptop and sorry to disappoint you but, it is not a touch screen. Check the description again, there is nothing in the description or the specs saying it is a touch screen. Best Buy only offers 2 refurbished HP Laptops (do a search on bestbuy.com), the HP - Envy 17.3" we both got and an HP - Pavilion 15.6" Refurbished Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Mineral Silver, Natural Silver. I have attached both for your review. I'm sure Best Buy would honor an exchange, due to this misunderstanding.
