• The 2016 Envy my Wife and I purchased has been very pleasant. Being that these are mass produced as most things are you may have got a botched one. I would ask for a replacement!!!

• I bought my computer yesterday and it is also making a disturbing crackling noise. Did you exchange yours? If so, does the new one makes also a noise?
