• Yes. Look at the Caps Lock key and in the upper right hand corner you will see an LED indicator. And the indicators lights up when the caps are locked whether you have the keyboard backlights on or not. I don't have any trouble seeing it. Hope this helps.

• The question was about the Num Locks button not the Caps lock button. I didn't see any visual indication for the Num lock button either.
