• It is not unstable and is easy to learn and easy to use. From a computer user since 1988.

• Learning is subjective and cannot be gauged by anyone other than the person learning. Many people find Windows 10 intuitive.

• Yes, I have had to do a total factory reinstall twice this year alone, it wouldn't reset. Lost all of my data. That's twice too often for a fairly new pc that I don't use a lot or have resource intensive programs running.
