• I would upgrade to 32 + ram to run Acad. Depending on what cad program you are running. I ran 64m on another HP and still had problems at times.

• While this laptop "can" run these heavy duty software packages, it will not be a speed demon and performance will be lack-luster. 2 GB of graphics memory is the minimum for good response with heavy graphics programs like this. Running, AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop all at once will bring it to it's knees pretty easy. Especially, if you have a big model in Revit.
