Q: QuestionWhich variation is the graphics card? There are two variations of the GeForceMX150 that I’ve seen but it doesn’t specify which variation is in this laptop?

Q: QuestionIs the "MX150" N17S-G1-A1 or N17S-LG-A1?

• A:Answer I am not sure but since the N17S-LG-A1 is designed for thinner laptops I would imagine that is the one in this model. You can reach out to the HP Technical team at 800-HP-Invent who could likely do some deep research on which it has.

• A:Answer Model#17M-AE111DX features 16GB of RAM while model# 17M-BW0013DX features 12GB. Both utilize the same CPU, screen size and GPU. Both are equipped with 1TB of storage capacity. Model#17M-AE111DX does not come with 16GB of Intel Optane memory while model#17M-BW0013DX does.

Q: QuestionIf I want to add 16 GB of Ram for Best Buy to put in, how would I do that? Call the store and order it put in before I pick it up?

• A:Answer HP prepackaged this laptop for Best Buy to sell...hence the DX suffix in 17M-AE111DX...so you can't customize it. You buy it as is. You could buy the laptop, buy the RAM and then take the laptop to Greek Squad to install it for you. They'd probably do that. Installing RAM is easy. You remove a panel, remove the modules, install your new modules and reinstall the panel. There are only two slots for RAM. It currently has 16 GB (2 × 8 GB modules). If you want 32 GB, you'd need 2 × 16 GB modules. You could go to Crucial to research and buy the correct mods. Or you could choose another laptop with 32 GB.

• A:Answer I haven't the time or inclination to speed test all the ports, but all I can tell you is that there are three what looks like USB3 ports to me and one port to plug in a "C" oval cable.
