• Jack, thank you for your question about this HP Envy laptop! The memory on this is LPDDR, which is not upgradable, but the SSD on it is upgradable. Best Buy does offer the HP Envy 2-in-1 16-ac0033dx, which has 32GB of memory and a 2TB SSD.
