“Can you print with only a black cartridge? I have a HP 6600 Now and when I print in only black (which is 99.5% of the time), it uses up the color cartridges as well. This, as you know, becomes quite expensive and wasteful!”

• You can print in grayscale which uses the black ink and saves the color, but you do need to have a color cartridge installed. It also instant ink eligible which might be a good option to look at.
