Will this work with Windows RT Surface? Not pro. null

It definitely does I have a surface rt/3 my iPad Air as well as my Mac and have been able to print from them using the Bluetooth with no issues or hassle

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. What I can tell you is that once her laptop was connected to wireless, the printer appeared without needing to "Add printer". I simply chose to make it the default and was able to print right away. In my household, we are not able to print to our network laserjet from iPads, but it very well could be possible from your Surface.
