• This printer has no faxing capability. It also requires no USB cables.

• My HP Envy does not FAX. It is wireless and I did not need any cords to install or operate it. Prints from computer or iPad. It's very nice

• You need a phone landline to use it as a fax. OR you need to use a 3rd party, web based app. It needs no other cords.
