• Looking at the specs on the hp website for this printer, yes you can use it with Windows xp, as long as it meets the rest of the minimum requirements.

• Yes the HP envy 4520 is compatible with Windows XP. To connect wirelessly you need to turn the printers WIFI on in setup and network setup then join the network on your ipad.
