QuestionI have a HP ENVY 4520. The last while the colour cartridge does not print anything in colour. I replaced both cartridges. when it prints the test there is the colour lines on the page but not when I try an print a pic

- Answer I checked the specs on HP's web site and the printer isn't rated for legal paper, but it *is* rated for size A4, which is about 0.2 inches narrrower than A4, I think it might work, but you'd need to try yourself to confirm. re: Google Cloud Print--YES, this printer is definitely GCP ready and it works perfectly with Cloud Print. Configuring it was very easy to do as well.

- Answer I would expect that you wouldn't be able to print from your smartphone if you don't have the printer connected to the internet. I didn't notice any Bluetooth type connection options.

- Answer As far as I am aware in order to print from tablets and phones both devices will need to be on the same WiFi network. So if you do not have WiFi than I am inclined to say no.

- Answer Absolutely. I have the latest Windows software and haven't encountered any issues. Loading the software was seamless and the printer is fully compatible and functional with Windows 10.

QuestionAre these all NEW printers. I bought one and was watching the HP u tube install video and mine didn't have the sticker and paper over the control panel and didn't have the tape in (on) the paper tray. Just curious.
