- Answer There is NO need for ink bottles with this printer. It uses cartridges.

QuestionMy Envy 5010 has an extender arm/bar to catch paper that's been printed - but it does not work automatically. I need to pull it out and return it manually. Is that how it is supposed to work? (My earlier Envy 4520 did it automatically.) Thank you.

- Answer Yes it is manual paper stop bar. You could leave it out if you prefer.

- Answer I don't see what you're referring to ... but this printer takes 2 cartridges (or 1 if you don't need color).

QuestionThe printer specs talk about 17.5" width, but what is the depth? Also, are these measurements from the top or the base? The picture shows that it flares out from bottom to top. I need to know the dimensions of the base, please. Thank you

- Answer The dimensions are 17.53 x 22.22 x 5.04 in. 22" is the depth which includes any trays extended.
