• Yes, this is the same one. I purchased it as a Christmas gift. I do not know about the envelope printing.

• This printer can handle custom sizes from 3 x 5 to 8.5 x 14 inches. Depending on the size of the envelope and the software you are using, you may need to make a custom sized envelope.
