“Is a monthly plan required to use this printer? Or can I just buy 65 ink normally?”

• You don't have to enroll in the automatic ink plan to use the printer. You can just purchase ink cartridges seperately. However, the cartridges that come with the printer (starter cartridges) don't seem to last long, so I would recommend buying a set of cartridges when you purchase the printer.
