QuestionThe specs say the max paper capacity is 80 GRAMS PER SQUARE METER. HP responded to my previous question saying that the printer will print on cardstock up to 80LBS. If the specs are wrong, this should be changed. Or the HP response is wrong.?

- Answer Even with HP's clarification below, and their attached spec document, their answer seems misleading. Max of 80lb weight is for 4x6 photo. Not for regular 8.5x11. I'm considering this printer, but need it to handle 8.5x11 coverstock (67lb). Spec shows 16-24lb max, i think????

QuestionWhere is the paper tray on this machine and how much does it hold?

- Answer The paper tray is located on the bottom on the front of this printer. If you look at the photo on this webpage, the paper tray is under that printed photo coming out of the printer. The paper tray can hold 100 sheets.

We recommend looking at SKU 5301900 for the HP 65 black ink cartridge and SKU 5301800 for the HP 65 tricolor ink cartridge for the most current prices. - Answer Yes, there are a couple of advantages to connecting the printer to the WiFi. 1) You can put the printer in any room of your house. It does not need to be in the same room as the computer. 2) You can print from more than one device that is connected to the same wireless network. 3) One less wire connected to the computer. You Mom can make copies and print from her computer. If you choose not to go wireless, you will need the USB A to B cable to connect the printer to the computer. You can set up the printer by visiting https://123.hp.com/setup.
