QuestionInk, has anyone experienced ink drying too fast? My current Epson printer experience, installed new ink cartridge, printed one document . ..weeks later, ink is now dry. Will this printer still print black if the color ink is dry?

- Answer This is an HP 2-cartridge printer so the printheads are built into the cartridges (black and tricolor). Our exclusive feature, Single Cartridge Mode, allows you to print with only one cartridge -- just don't leave the empty one in. So you never have to buy color if you don't want to. Also, HP printers will automatically cap the cartridge after each use, so as long as you don't unplug the printer it should cap the cartridge and resist drying out. A printer left alone for 6 months will most likely have the ink cartridges dry out.

QuestionDoes this model Envy 5070 supports print jobs from anywhere via internet? to be more detailed incase if i am neither near to printer nor on same wifi can i send print jobs via internet to this printer?

- Answer Yes, you can. You can enable the ePrint feature on the printer, which will give the printer it's own email address. Then you can just email the document and it will print.

- Answer If you are replacing your existing printer, you would need to go into your HP Instant Ink account and select the Enroll/Replace HP printer link that is listed next to Printer details. Or you can add another printer to your account through that same link.

QuestionWhat is the depth of the actual printer? The spec say 22.22. But is is that with the paper try fully extended?
