“After each printer installation a message comes up that says, "Your printer is now ready to print." When I try to print a publisher document, a message comes up that says, "Publisher cannot complete the operation." What have I done wrong?”

it is the connectivity issues with this printer. Mine constantly says out of paper when the tray is fully loaded, it also says paper jam when there isn't one, and or you need to load in more instant ink, when I had purchased a brand new 62 ink in color and black and white. A horrible printer. wrost ever. return it if you can, don't buy it if you are considering it.
