“Tray extension? Printer prints fine but it throws the paper on the floor. All trays are inserted and I can see a smaller slim tray but it does not extend to stop the paper from being thrown on the floor? How do I correct this problem? Help!”

As your printer starts to print an extension should automatically pop out and up from the top tray front to prevent your printed pages from falling. As you look at the front of the top tray you should be able to see it. Be sure there is no tape or anything blocking it's path
