Try removing both ink cartridges and re-installing. Sometimes they don't get "seated" correctly when installed. Helpful if you print a couple of test pages as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you sure you got all the clear protective tag off before inserting the cartridge? My grandson did that without realizing it was there. If so contact HP help online and they will help you to find the problem either by phone or IM.
