“Why can't I print from the internet? Using Windows 10. Print Preview works but when I hit print it just spins. Half hour later and still no print. I did "print test page" from the devices and printers screen which printed just fine.”

• Make sure you are on the correct wifi network- the one you had connected the printer to.

• If you haven't restarted everything, always try that first. Make sure the printing isn't accidentally paused.
