“My HP Envy 5660 is indication that it's driver is not installed. I have had this copier since July of 2017 Not a single problem with it. But as of 2 days ago it will not print. I'm using my HP laptop computer that I purchased 2 months ago.”

Had similar problem. It seems with Microsoft update the problem persisted. I found that I had Microsoft Edge as my default and the printer does not like it. So I made Internet Explorer my default and all went well. Very frustrating! Hope this resolves your issue..
