- Answer It is but you need to download the driver from hp's site. Go to http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-ENVY-7600-e-All-in-One-Printer-series/6617267/model/6617268/how-to. You'll see under Featured Content, there's info on Windows 10. You should be able to find the download from there. Good luck.

- Answer Yes you can print directly without using the app. There is an app installed when setting up the printer but I have printed directly from webpages and emails in both my iPhone and iPad.

QuestionIs this printer compatible with my Mac Pro laptop?Recently installed OS X EI Capitan Version 10.11.2. The printer Mac system requirement on Best Buy site does not list this, but at the Apple site it shows Mac OS X 10.7 or later. I looked at purchasing the HP Office jet OJ 8040 printer but was told it was not compatible because of the above issue with the operating system. If the 7640 will not work, which printer will. I am looking for a All-In-One Printer.

I have my TV, Internet and cordless telephones all working from a DISH wireless system.

- Answer Mine does the same thing…I took it back 4 times, AND THEY ALL DO IT. I called HP and talked to somebody on a distant planet and they said the power supply in my house is corrupted somehow…strange that I've had 4 other HP printers and none of them suffered from the problem. I'm keeping the printer because it works great, just sad that HP doesn't seem to think they have an issue, and THEY DO!!!

- Answer Yes, it is compatible with Toshiba Satellite laptops. You do have to install drivers but that process is painless.

QuestionWhat does maximum amount of copies mean in the specifications?

- Answer The tray on top for automatic scanning/copying holds 25 sheets. It has the ability to scan both sides from that automatic feed so I believe the 50 sheets it is referring to as the maximum amount of copies is just describing 25 double-sided sheets.
