Q: QuestionI just bought this printer to get home to set it up and it says a black cartridge in a color cartridge are included but neither were in the box. Can you tell me what the deal is with that?

• A:Answer The starter black and color cartridges are shipped in a pocket in the Styrofoam packaging material. Take out the two big pieces of Styrofoam and examine them carefully.

• A:Answer I am able to print from my Samsung S7 and my desktop easily. I would recommend running a test of prints when you set up the printer, a pic and maybe a color document. This is the second Envy 7640. The first worked fine but would not print in color so I exchanged it and the second one is working great.
