Open bay to physically place a third drive into: Yes. Mainboard socket to control a third drive: NO! While you can seat another (total of 3 SATA sized) drive inside the case, only one Optical (DVD/CD) and two SATA drives can be controlled by the mainboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Envy 750-514 ships new with a 7200 RPM Sata drive already installed - so technically the drive can be replaced with yours - so Yes. I haven't cracked the case on mine to see if it has an open bay for an additional SATA Drive, however I did find this for you to review: http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-envy-desktop---750-514 Short answer is NO - there aren't any additional internal drive bays available in this unit to install a 2nd SATA Drive. Total External Bays One 9.5 mm occupied Total Internal Bays One 3.5" occupied; One 2.5" occupied
