Unless you know how to get a stubborn CD/DVD drive to work each time, I'd stay away from this computer. I bought this computer, but when I tried to load my programs, the drive refused to work. I called HP tech support and spoke to someone with an extremely difficult accent to understand. I got nowhere with him. In frustration, I returned the computer to the store and they gave me a new one. The new CD/DVD **still** refused to work. After some wrangling with the machine, I was able to load my programs. Bad news: a week or so later, I tried to load a tax software program.....no dice!! The drive would not work. Again I shut down the computer and restarted. It worked again! When I tried to use drive after the tax software, it again refused to work. I think I have to shut down and restart each time I want to use the drive, Also the small wireless keyboard that came with the machine is much too small, I keep hitting two keys at once. I'm going to buy a third party keyboard.
