“Why does the sound come out muffled? I don't have internal speakers which is fine because I don't use them but, I've seen other comments that says the computer does have internal speakers. I bought some Bose speakers and the sound is still muffled.”

Sound on mine is very good. I have an inexpensive speaker attached to my computer and have listened to music and speakers on it and the sound is just fine.
