“I own Windows 10 pro bought through my workplace. How hard it is to upgrade Windows 10 home to pro? On a scale of 1 to 10 at dealing with software stuff, I'd say I'm about a 7. Also, I assume I've have to install the Office suite? I own it as well. Thx!”

Typically, I've found that upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro is not particularly difficult. And yes, you would need to install your copy of Office. If it or your Windows 10 Pro copy are running on another computer, you may need to contact Microsoft support to have them change the activation from the computer they're now on to the new one.
