- Answer Hi Robert! Thanks for asking. This Desktop PC has the L08660-800 - 180W power supply installed. This chassis can also use the L64961-800 - 310W power supply, and the connectors should be the same. I hope this helps you.

Questionhow do you open the disc drive?

- Answer Hi Emz1. To open the DVD drive door, you just lightly press in and release, and the drive will open. You can also select the drive in File explorer and it will pop the door open.

- Answer You can use any of the USB type A thumb drives with this desktop. The USB 3.0 or 2.0 flash drives will work in these USB ports.

QuestionSo, there is an HDMI and VGA on the back on this computer. I have 2 of the same monitors. I hooked one hdmi to the hdmi on the computer and i tried using an hdmi to vga cable for the vga slot on the back of the computer and it did not work. Why ?

- Answer You didn't mention your PC brand or model - could be power limitations or hardware conflicts or even a BIOS setting but the best advice I can give if you want to run two monitors add a video card designed for that. Many "stock configurations" limit you to one or the other, not both. Best yet - check online about your PC and see if what you are attempting can be done.

- Answer I ended up buying Walmart $19.99 speakers. I spent 60 miles of driving, because the built in speakers didn't work. The geek squad had it for 5 day. That was after online Geek Squad logged into my computer, and couldn't fix it.

- Answer It has the standard speaker jack on the back of the tower. We just plugged our old speakers right into it. I think most will be compatible.

- Answer The computer doesn't have built in speakers, so if you don't have a set plugged in, that's why you're not getting any sound. If you do have a set of computer speakers plugged into the correct jack, then you'll need to contact the HP support team to troubleshoot the issue.
