- Answer No. If you are a Best Buy member you might be given a 6 month trial of a security system for free, but not Office. That being said, I do believe you can get a free trial directly from Microsoft online so you would not need to get one from Best Buy. Otherwise, Best Buy does sell Office;. they have a permanent version for about $100 or you can get a subscription version good for one year for a little less.

Question5.1 sound connection? I saw the unit in-person and it has only one audio output (apart from mic input and headphone output). I have a three-connector 5.1 surround system. Is it possible to make that work on this computer somehow? Thank you!

- Answer You can always but adaptors and such. However if you want Premium sound you can always buy a sound card and it'll have all the connections you'll need.

QuestionDoes this unit really only have a 10/100 Ethernet connection? Something this expensive and this powerful does not have a 1gb Ethernet connection? Are they indicating that the wireless connections are faster than a 1gb Ethernet connection?

- Answer Onboard NIC is a Realtek PCIe GBE and is capable of Gig speeds. The wireless adapter is a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165, as for speed it would depend on the connection to your Wifi/Router.

- Answer If it weren't for the power supply fan clicking away, it would be virtually silent. I had to return it because of that clicking, but I think this was just a bad power supply and not the norm.

QuestionCan this computer handle a 10inch or so Graphic Card?I went to local best buy they didn't have one. I plan to put a Graphics card that's around 10 inches long. Most Graphics cards that aren't totally low quality are usually around 8+ inches long. I'm concerned about room, as I can't find any info / pictures of its inside. Just curious and please HP in the future consider these "Upgrade Issues" with regards to size of components in the future. I left HP cause of the upside down motherboard layout. ( I can deal with it now ) but room for large GPUs are a must these days.

- Answer The interior configuration of this computer does not allow for a 10" graphics card, but most manufacturers offer "short" versions of the same graphics cards. This computer could easily handle an 8" card.
