QuestionIs the DVD burner in this some sort of weird HP proprietary drive, or just a standard off the shelf burner? I ask because I tend to go through optical drives pretty fast. I can easily replace it, but not if it's HP-specific.

- Answer The DVD burner seems to be rather flimsy, and the installation is vertical. The computer itself is great! Don't know if the drive is Proprietary or not.

- Answer To be able to play games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare, you will need to install a discrete/dedicated graphics card and possibly upgrade the power supply to support the graphics card. You need a discrete/dedicated graphics card like AMD Radeon RX 580 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. This desktop does meet the recommended requirements for a game like Fortnite or Minecraft.

- Answer It will, but you'll need to install some things on the computer if you haven't already done so. You'll need to download the iCloud app, as well as iTunes 12.7, have Outlook (Outlook 2010-2016) installed, and you can use Windows built in Edge Browser

QuestionHow do I remove the expansion slot covers? So I can install my graphics card. There is an icon of a screw driver on all the slots. Do you just pry them off with a screw driver? Do they just snap off?

- Answer They just pry off. I used a screwdriver to get it started and then a needle nose pliers to bend it back and forth gently until it snapped off.

- Answer Neither the HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0034 nor the HP Pavilion 27q monitor have built in speakers. You would need external speakers or a headset for audio.

- Answer The power supply's are custom sizes. The only thing that will work are HP PSU. Here is the part number for a 400 watt hp PSU that will fit in your case. L04618-800

- Answer Yes, the Intel UHD Graphics 630 subsytem can output 1920x1080 at 144Hz, so if the monitor supports that through it's HDMI port (most, but not all do) you should have no problem
