It comes with all the standard software that comes with windows 10 such as snipping tool, paint, Internet Explorer, Microsoft edge, people, Photos, Notepad and windows defender firewall. It also has Trial version of OneDrive, Outlook, one note, Microsoft teams that you can use for a short time but then after about 30 days you will have to buy them to use them. It also comes with a trial version of McAfee antivirus you can use for a couple months and then you’d have to purchase it to continue using it. This is standard on most computers that you purchase. The Microsoft edge allows you to get online to download other programs and it has the app Microsoft store that allows you to go and get other apps. So there is no word processing on there other than notepad which is very primitive, but as I said almost every computer comes without extra programs on it. This is a very good computer.

It does not come with much useful software. Basic functions like calculator were on it but I had to purchase Adobe pdf reader and Microsoft Office separately. I think this is pretty typical for PC's. The software included is very basic and generic. They never have Microsoft Office, that's always additional. Hope this helps.
