Yes, I just opened it up a moment ago for the first time, and there are additional sata connectors and an additional bay, but the PSU is not modular, and therefore does not have an additional power connector for another drive. The super odd thing about this computer is the fact that there are TWO drives installed already. Only one is advertised. There is an m.2 on the motherboard, and a 2.5" SSD in one of the two drive bays. I haven't torn it or apart or turned it on to see what exact drive is there yet, but it's absolutely bizarre that there is no mention of the second drive whatsoever.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My desktop included 2 SATA3 (6GB sec) power connectors, but only 1 data connector from the factory. Appears to be another data port near the factory one on board??? Just finished adding a 2TB SATA3 3.5" hard drive, formatted and working fine; desktop has just a bit more noise from the new drive. SSD factory drive silent. Other whispers from the box are the CPU cooling fan, on top of a big heat sink, and a cooling fan in the case back Upgrading from a 13 year old HP desktop that is still running pretty well (W10), though not speedy and the internet connection is poor. The new one is blazing fast, as is the internet in either 2.4 or 5Ghz.

Note, not sure what others see, but my MB has a 512GB SS Card drive (M2). The other card (bit bigger than a postage stamp) on the MB is for Wifi (looked it up by the HP # right on it). Like the speed of the computer. Quiet and fast incl the wifi. Dislikes: the flimsy feeling vertical DVD burner (but it works) and that all 4 USB3 ports are on the front of the computer (messy for cabling). USB2 on the back.

Added a 2TB SATA3 SSD drive - just needed a cheap adapter - connectors already present from mBoard. REALLY FAST and quiet. Barely a whisper from the Case and CPU cooling fans. BTW have new dual HP monitors w/1 connected via HDMI and 1 via VGA - identical resolution and picture.
