Yes. Windows 11 Home is preloaded. (Can easily be upgraded to Windows 11 Pro for a fee $).

I purchased this HP Envy Desktop and it arrived with the Windows 11 Home OS loaded for the initial start-up and configuration. I subsequently upgraded mine to Windows 11 Pro for a small fee and the HP Envy Desktop and the Windows 11 OS have been operating flawlessly for about two weeks now since arriving.
