I have not been able to get anything to print unless I go through the HP Smart App. The HP Smart App says there is no paper in the tray, however if I try to print something, it spits out blank paper. I have done all of the troubleshooting that I can find. I have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with HP for help. I don't know if I got a bad printer or what.
